Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Manager to join a profitable manufacturer based in Mountain Ash. The company have grown fantastically over the last few years and continue to do so.
The role is based on working Monday-Friday office hours with a salary of just over £21,600.
The Role
Due to ongoing success, the company is recruiting a Customer Account Manager. You will be responsible for all administration duties relating to customer service and planning.
Duties:
- Full responsibility of the production schedule (day-day basis) ensuring stock control for customers products.
- Communicating with haulage companies for the preparation of despatch notes for finished goods.
- Creating and maintaining positive working relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Sales order processing.
- Creating Bill of Materials and providing details for packing specifications.
- Processing pick and pack requests on the in-house stock system.
- Reconcile consumption of goods -v- orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Producing weekly/monthly reports on customer stocks.
- Contribute to the effective implementation of the companies BRC and IMS management systems.
- Liaising with purchasing for materials.
- Liaising with production manager, warehouse team leader and technical manager.
The Person
- Customer service experience within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- A working knowledge of MS Office & Excel
- Hard working with a friendly personality
